All of the following classes will be held at Bridle Creek Bed & Breakfast. Thursday, September 25th 6:30-8:30pm VEGETARIAN EATS This class will make you a convert. Using locally grown vegetables, Leslie will show you how to wow your dinner plate (and your family) with two side dishes and two main entrees. With these recipes even your kids may want to eat more vegetables. $35 October KNIFE SKILLS CLASS will be offered during the month. Please check with Leslie regarding time and date. Thursday, October 23rd 6:30-8:30pm THAI CUISINE 202 Back by popular demand, Leslie will add to your repertoire of this exotic cuisine while using authentic spices and condiments of Thailand. Four dishes will be made and served. $35 Thursday, November 13th 6:30-8:30pm CONTEMPORARY PASTAS It's time to change the way you look at pasta. Leslie will introduce you to four new and different pasta dishes that will change the way you and your family view pasta. Two meat and two vegetable pasta dishes will be served up to you in this class. Come join the fun. $35 Thursday, December 11th 6:30-8:30pm HOLIDAY APPETIZERS 'Tis the season to get your act together for all the entertaining you'll be doing over the holidays. Join Leslie and learn to make four great new appetizers that hopefully will be used for years to come. $35 |
